We use your information to schedule and confirm appointments, send reminders, prepare for your service safely, keep a record of accepted consent forms, and contact you about your bookings.
Sharing
We do not sell client information. Information is shared only with the service providers required to operate the salon — our scheduling provider and, where applicable, payment processing — and with the professional performing your service.
Intake and consent records
Intake answers and consent acceptances are stored against your client record, including the form version accepted and the date of acceptance. When a form is updated you will be asked to review and re-accept it.
