Our written policies
The salon’s existing policies and consent forms are preserved exactly as written. We have not rewritten, summarized or invented any of them. The documents below are registered in the site’s forms system and will publish here as soon as the official wording is supplied.

General service consent & intake
All service categories
Each policy is stored with a name, version number, effective date, the service categories it applies to, and the full content. When a client accepts a form we record the version accepted, a signature where applicable, and the acceptance timestamp.
Consent is never carried forward indefinitely. When a form is republished under a new version, clients are asked to review and re-accept it before their next applicable service.
